Welcome to Kolea 15J ~ This newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse has mountain views of Hualalai, the grounds of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott, and a peek at the sands and waters of Anaeho’omalu Bay. Overlooking the grounds of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott has it’s benefits as the lively beat of the luaus provides fun island entertainment as you relax on the lanai.
Outdoor dining is a definite option as the lanai is furnished with a table for four as well as a pair of chaise lounges. The convenience of the summer kitchen offers a built in Viking bbq grill, outdoor beverage center and a sink.
Of course you need not be outdoors to enjoy the tropical feel as the lanai is equipped with signature Kolea pocket doors which completely retract within the walls to reveal an indoor/outdoor feel. Your eyes will dance throughout the home as no detail has been left unattended to. Beyond the rich African Mahogany and natural stone this home puts on a show from the upgraded tile of the kitchen to the vibrant colors of the artwork.
The kitchen is well stocked to suit those who prefer to prepare their own culinary delights. The dining table seats up to six, and two woven saddle barstools welcome company at the breakfast bar.
Sink into the amazing comfort of the living room sofa and couch while enjoying entertainment of the large flat screen television in the living room. Movies, CD’s and a blue ray player have been stocked for your pleasure. The travertine floors flow from the entryway to the lanai and a gorgeous area rug ties in the tropical theme perfectly.
The king bed in the master suite is warm and inviting as it sits amongst the exquisitely carved headboard, solid wood nightstands and dresser. Take in the serenity of the mountain and ocean view from your window. A wall mounted flat screen television is partnered with a blue ray disc player in this suite. The private master bath has a deep soaking tub set illuminated by the skylight up above. The, walk in shower and dual vanities set in travertine and mahogany provide ample space and luxury for our guests.
The guest suite is furnished with a king bed as well, highlighted by an intricately designed five panel wood carving. Along with the wall mounted flat screen, this suite is warmly completed with a pair of rattan nightstands and dresser. The bedding in this room can also be converted to two twins upon request. The guest suite is connected to a separate bath which has a shower tub and dual vanities.
This villa has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, vibrant art pieces and stylish furnishings.
Guests of Kolea 15J enjoy direct beach access to Anaeho’omalu Bay, home to a sandy beach, glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling tours and visiting turtles. Kolea 15J has spared no expense with upgraded travertine floors throughout the living room, exquisite artwork, and beautifully tiled kitchen walls.
The villa comes with cable, wireless internet and long distance calling to the 50 states. This is not your average vacation rental. And of course each room has a ceiling fan and there is central air conditioning. The villa also has a washer and dryer.

The property was great! Our only negative, if you want to call it that, is that the towel hook by the master shower is precariously placed. It is at eye-level and sticks out quite a bit, so much so that my husband ran into it on two occasions walking into the showerouch.
Otherwise, loved our stay. The condo was set up and stocked very nicely with everything we needed. Tried to add a few staples for the next guest with some seasonings and shelf-stable condiments.
Hope to return again next year.

We loved our Kolea Circle condo! Stayed in 15J. The units are very spacious and really comfortable and have everything we needed - snorkel gear, beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler/ boogie boards - amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked and even had a Ninja blender for our daily smoothies. Loved the deck and that the lanai sliders fold fully into the wall. The AC was great. The pool area is even better in person and it's great to be able to walk to the beach and Lava Lava. Plus fun for the kids to be able to walk to the mall for Shave Ice or Starbucks when they want to.
